Love this place. It is our new go to place for our special occasions!!! Steaks are amazing and drink specials are spot on

Another delicious meal and great experience at George Martin Strip Steak... and this time we brought the kids! They loved the speakeasy vibe and were amused by the artwork. Our server (Danielle I think) was fabulous and helped us figure out the best food options for the kids. The vat of mac and cheese delighted my youngest, while my old one got the filet she had been looking for. I did the price fix (which I wish the menu was available on their website) and it comes with a salad, entree and dessert. I did the ribeye with truffle butter, and we closed with a banana pudding which was a big hit for everyone. My wife had the short ribs which is always a home run for her. Can't wait to come back!

Worth every single dollar you spend for professional service,allergy awareness, ample seating, alot of parking,fresh meat and chicken selections Coffee teas and dessert were put of this world and worth the drive. Definitely an older crowd especially at the bar.

This place takes a little effort to get to but it's worth the time. Like most gems the interior of this restaurant is beautiful and nicely laid out. Cozy and classy, you can choose this venue for a romantic outing, small birthday dinner, or night out with your friends or colleagues. If you're solo you can likely get a spot at the bar. The service was friendly and professional and the quality of the food was excellent. I only had room for my entree but there was so much on the menu that looked amazing. The food that went by my table looked delicious but I was more than content with my salmon and asparagus. The mustard sauce was perfect. I'd make the drive again and hope to do so soon.

First time here tonight and it did not disappoint. Started with octopus special appetizer and it was delicious. We got the tomahawk for 2 special for dinner with creamed spinach, lobster Mac and cheese and crispy bacon and bleu cheese Brussel sprouts. The steak was massive and cooked to perfection. The sides were all exceptional. We had a lot of food leftover to take home. Too full to eat dessert so we got banana pudding and chocolate black out cake to go. Both were amazing. The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive and the staff was all great. Small parking lot and a couple different rooms but it was nice they had live music going also. Will definitely be back!

First time here and definitely not the last time. They gave us popovers upon sitting down! I haven't had a popover in years! They were fresh and delicious. We started with the calamari. It came with 2 awesome sauces. Especially loved the aioli! I got a margita off of the cocktail menu. It had a nice spice to it. My husband got the short rib. It was HUGE and he ate every last bite. I ordered a filt mignon with au poivre sauce. They cooked my steak perfectly. We also ordered parm fries and those were great too. Our waitress was on point and super attentive. We loved everything about this restaurant.

Solid place to go for a date night. I had the price fix menu which did come with a good amount of options to choose from. I had the tomato soup and the skirt steak with asparagus. Both were very tasty. For dessert I had tiramisu which was kind of small but also good. I ordered the house margarita which was $10. That was small and filled with ice so I wouldn't get that again. My wife and the filet mignon and lobster tail combo which was good. The lobster was chewy which leads me to believe it could be frozen or it was just overcooked. Prices are a little hefty but the food is worth it. No complaints about the service. They have a small parking lot so you might have to park on the side streets when it's busy

What an amazing start to restaurant week! My boyfriend and I came on Sunday for dinner and had an amazing experience. I started with the mushroom shrimp risotto, it was cooked perfectly and very flavorful due to the truffle butter mixed in. My filet mignon was amazing, look at that bounce! It was juicy and perfect in every way. The thyme added great flavor and even the sides were cooked to perfection. The banana pudding and cappuccino were a perfect end to our meal. George Martin's is nestled in the heart of Great River, it has dim intimate lighting, perfect for date night and a menu that's next level. I highly HIGHLY recommend this steakhouse.
